<br />VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. -V9r <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN ACTS AND <br />CONDUCT PUBLIC NUISANCES IN THE OPERATION OF SERVICE <br />STATIONS. BY ADDING CHAPTER 206 TO THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 206 shall be added to the Village Code of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, and will read as follows: <br /> <br />206. SERVICE STATIONS <br /> <br />206.010. Prohibiting nuisances in operating service <br /> <br />stations. No person, firm or corporation shall operate a service station <br /> <br />in a manner so a s to create a public nuisance. <br /> <br />206.020. Service Station Defined. A service station is <br /> <br />hereby defined as a place of business engaged in the sale of motor fuels <br /> <br />and a place of business engaged in the repair of motor vehicles. <br /> <br />206.030. Certain Acts are declared nuisances. Because <br /> <br />of particular problems in achieving compatibility with nearby land uses, <br /> <br />the following are detrimental to the community and are hereby declared <br /> <br />nuisances: <br /> <br />(1) The use of service station premises for the sale <br /> <br />or for display in aid of sale of any motor vehicle. <br />
