<br />In "R-3" Districts, one and three-quarters (1.75) parking <br /> <br />spaces shall be provided per dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Parking spaces for any building containing two or more <br /> <br />dwelling units, at least one-half (1/2) of the required parking shall be <br /> <br />enclosed. All enclosed parking spaces shall be designed with sufficient <br /> <br />access area to allow temporary parking of vehicles on the access way <br /> <br />without interferring with access to other parking spaces. <br /> <br />Motels: One space per unit. <br /> <br />Churche s: One space for every 3 seats, or one space for <br /> <br />every five feet of pew length. <br /> <br />Hospitals: One space for every three beds. <br /> <br />Places of assembly, such as libraries or museums: <br /> <br />One space for each 5 seats or bench seating spaces, <br /> <br />based on maximum capacity. <br /> <br />Schools: One and one-fourth (1. 2 5) spaces for each <br /> <br />classroom in grade schools, and one space per classroom and an additional <br /> <br />one space for every 7 pupils enrolled in high schools. <br /> <br />7.110. Screening of Parking Spaces. Parking areas which <br /> <br />serve buildings housing three or more dwelling units which are contiguous <br /> <br />to or across a street from "R-1" or "R-2" Districts shall be screened with <br /> <br />a four (4) foot wall of masonry or wood.
