<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />,~ *""'" <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~Oj <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEVERANCE PAY REQUIREMENTS <br />FOR VILLAGE EMPLOYEES BY AMENDING SECTION 254.065 OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Section 254.065, so as to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />254.065. Severance Pay. Severance pay shall be paid to <br /> <br />the following Village of Roseville Employees who terminate their <br /> <br />employment: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Regular employees who are sixty (60) years of <br /> <br />age or older, with ten (10) or more years of service with the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, who terminate their employment because of retirement. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Regular employee s with ten (10) or more years <br /> <br />of service with the Village of Roseville who terminate their employment <br /> <br />because of reduction of Village employment or changes in Roseville <br /> <br />municipal operations. <br />
