<br />VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />-- <br />ORDINANCE NO....2.Q.7 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE METHOD OF <br /> <br />BURIAL. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of RoseviUe, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota is hereby amended by amending Chapter 125 so as to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />l25 . 030. Method of Burial. Within twenty-four hours <br /> <br />of the arrival of any dead human body on the cemetery premises it <br /> <br />shall be buried as follows: <br /> <br />(l) It shall be buried in a single grave and <br /> <br />covered by at least two feet (2') of earth. <br /> <br />(2) No burials shall be made wherein one container <br /> <br />containing a body shall be placed above another regardless of the <br /> <br />depth of the grave. <br /> <br />(3) All excavations for graves shall be made for <br /> <br />a single grave and covered before any further excavation for additional <br /> <br />graves are made within four feet (41) thereof. <br />
