<br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297. as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020. 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The South Five Hundred Feet of the West Four Hundred <br />Feet (S.500'. of W. 400') of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter (N.W.l/4 of S.W.l/4) of Section <br />Three (3). Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty- <br />three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota, except that part <br />taken for State Trunk Highway No. 51, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from liB-I" to II B-2 II , and that the Zoning <br /> <br />Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as <br /> <br />"B-2." <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The East One Hundred Fifty Feet of the West Six <br />Hundred Fifty-one and.6 feet (E.1S0'ofW. 651.61) <br />of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(N .
