<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 511 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, BY AMENDING SECTION 8.240 <br />THEREOF SO AS TO INCLUDE GREENHOUSES AND LAWN AND GARDEN <br />CENTERS AS PERMITTED USES IN liB-I" DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 8.240 of the Village Code of the VUiage of Roseville <br />~ <br /> <br />is hereby amended so as to read as follows: ' <br /> <br />8.240. Permitted Uses in Limited Business Districts. Permitted <br /> <br />uses in II B-l" Districts are: <br /> <br />(1) Medical and dental services; <br />(2) Offices, business and professional; <br />(3) Hospitals, sanitoriums and rest homes; <br />(4) Private clubs or lodges; <br />(5) Beauty parlors; <br />(6) Greenhouses; <br />(7) Lawn and garden centers. <br /> <br />Upon application, it is the policy of the Village Council to consider <br /> <br />amendments to the Zoning Code which would add to the list those uses <br /> <br />which are not specified in the Code but are compatible with listed <br /> <br />permitted uses. <br />
