<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. .5-/ i <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ELEVATIONS FOR DRIVEWAYS, <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 34.230 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA AND ADDING AN ADDITIONAL SECTION THERETO. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 34.230 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />34.230. Driveway Construction. <br /> <br />Previous to the <br /> <br />placing of any surfacing material of a permanent or semi- <br /> <br />permanent nature on that portion of any driveway lying <br /> <br />between the edge of the travel road or street and the property <br /> <br />line of the property being served by said driveway, the owner <br /> <br />or builder shall contact the building inspector for a special <br /> <br />permit. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />shall be amended by adding Section 34.235 to read as follows: <br /> <br />34.235. Drivewav Elevation. The driveway elevation at <br /> <br />the property line shall not be more than ten (10) inches nor <br /> <br />less than four (4) inches above the centerline of the abutting <br /> <br />street. <br />
