<br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Registered Land Survey #50, Subject to Highway, <br />Utility Easements and Roads, part south of the <br />extended south line of the north 156.22 feet of <br />Tract I of the following: The East 1/4 of the N .
