EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of February, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cush- man and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8769 SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classifica- tion and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of certain city employees in 1992: Classification 1992 Yearly Salarv Ranqes Police Secretary Administrative Secretary License Bureau Supervisor Engineering Supervisor 21,100 - 27,200 - 31,300 - 35,700 - 26,300 34,000 39,100 44,700 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to $270 per month. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
