<br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7), Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), <br />except the East Ten feet (E.I0') thereof, Lots <br />Ten (10) and Eleven (ll), except the South Ten <br />Feet (S.10') thereof, and all of Lots Twelve (12), <br />Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Block "A" Twin <br />View, according to the plat thereof on file and <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for the County of Ramsey and State of <br />Minnesota, subject to an easement for street <br />and highway purposes over the Easterly Ten Feet <br />(E'ly 10') of Lot Seven (7). Subject to sewer <br />ea sement in favor of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "I-I" to "I-2", and that the Zoning <br /> <br />Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as "I-2". <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />/?
