<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORlHNl\l"JCE NO. 523 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINM~CE A1vrrTI~DING SECTION 66.420 OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE BY O-fAJ'JGING THE CHARCE FOR USE OF FIP,E HYDRANTS, <br />N.m ADDING SECfION 66.425 TO THE VILLAGE CODE, PERTAINING TO <br />ALLOWING TEMPORARY CONNECfION TO FIRE HYDR~l\JT. <br /> <br />lne Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />},fumesota_ does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Tl~ Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by striking sub-paragraphs (2) and (3) to Section <br /> <br />66.420 and substituting the following sub-paragraphs (2) and (3): <br /> <br />(2). The user sha,ll make a $100.00 advance cash <br /> <br />deposit to guarantee payment for water used and to cover breakage and <br /> <br />damage to hydrant, lvhich shall be refunded upon expiration of the <br /> <br />pen,ut_ less applicable charges for use. <br />(3). The user shall pay a rental charge of $10.00 <br /> <br />for each 30 day period or fraction thereof_ and .45<t for each 1,000 <br /> <br />gallons of water used. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />TIle Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding to said Code Section 66.425 to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />66.425.
