Fees. To defray administrative costs of <br /> <br />proceeding of requests for amendments to the Zoning Map, variances, <br /> <br />special permits or vacating a street or alley, a fee shall be paid by <br /> <br />the applicant as follows: <br /> <br />Application for Rezoning <br />Special Permit <br />Vacating Street or Alley <br />Variance to Zoning Code <br />Variance to Subdivision Code <br />Building Relocation <br /> <br />$lOO.OO <br />$lOO.OO <br />$lOO.OO <br />$ 50.00 <br />$ 50.00 <br />$ 50.00 <br /> <br />Fees shall be payable at the time applications are filed with the Village <br /> <br />Clerk and are not refundable unless application is withdrawn prior to <br /> <br />referral to the Planning Commission. <br />
