<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~j':;Z0 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 252.010 OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />BY ESTABLISHING MINIMUM HOURS NECESSARY FOR SERVICE <br /> <br />CREDIT AS TO PART-TIME REGULAR EMPLOYEES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 252.010, paragraphs (2) and (4) are <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) An employee who works less than twelve <br /> <br />days in any calendar month will not receive service <br /> <br />credit for that month, except for unavoidable sickness, <br /> <br />injury, military leave, or unpaid vacation. The <br /> <br />department head shall determine whether the employee <br /> <br />is entitled to service credit under this section. <br /> <br />(4) A part-time regular employee will receive <br /> <br />service credit if he works more than 30 hours during <br /> <br />a normal work week. Service credit for a permanent <br /> <br />part-time employee will be computed by converting <br /> <br />his part-time employment to equivalent adjusted <br /> <br />full-time service. <br />
