<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. -5 d). 7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 50.010 OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. AND ADOPTING <br /> <br />THE 1965 EDITION OF THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 50.010 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />50.010. Adoption of Fire Prevention Code. There <br /> <br />is hereby adopted by the Village of Roseville for the <br /> <br />purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions <br /> <br />hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, <br /> <br />that certain code known as the Fire Prevention Code, <br /> <br />recommended by the National Board of Fire Underwriters, <br /> <br />being particularly the 1965 edition thereof, and the whole <br /> <br />thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter <br /> <br />deleted, modified or amended (by Section 50.060 of this <br /> <br />Ordinance), of which Code not less than three (3) copies <br /> <br />have been and now are filed in the office of the Clerk <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville and the same are hereby <br />
