<br />-13- <br /> <br />(16) Air Conditioning or Ventilating System. <br />For the installation of each mechanical <br /> <br />air conditioning or ventilating system the permit fee charge shall <br /> <br />be 1% of the actual installation value up to $30,000.0 O. and <br /> <br />over $30,000.00 1% of the value up to $30,000.00 plus l/2 of l% <br />of the value over $30,000.00. <br /> <br />XIV. <br />Section 32.l20 of the Building Code is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />32 .l2 O. Exdavations ~ Gradinq and Surfacinq. <br /> <br />For the excavation, grading or surfacing <br /> <br />for any building, structure I plot or area of ground, the permit fee <br /> <br />charge shall be made at the rate of $5.00 for the first l, 000 square <br /> <br />feet or fractional part thereof contained in said area, plus $2.00 for <br /> <br />each additionall, 000 square feet of area, or any fractional part <br /> <br />thereof. The backfilling around a new building or structure shall <br /> <br />be covered by the fee for the area of the excavation. The fee shall <br /> <br />not exceed $300.00 if the permit is used in connection with the <br /> <br />permit under Section 32.
