Wrecking of Buildings. The applicant for a <br /> <br />permit to demolish or wreck a building shall pay a fee of $.75 per <br /> <br />1000 cu. ft. or fraction thereof of actual volume of the building <br /> <br />which is to be wrecked, but not less than $5.00. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Section 32.050 of the Building Code is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />32.050. Gas Apparatus. <br /> <br />(1) Installation of gas piping and repairs <br /> <br />or alterations to existing gas piping. <br /> <br />For the installation of the necessary gas <br /> <br />piping and for the repair or alterations to existing gas piping to <br /> <br />furnish gas for heat, light or power to a building or structure, the <br /> <br />permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $5.00 for the first <br /> <br />$500.00 or fraction thereof, plus $2.00 for each additional $500.00 <br /> <br />or fraction thereof of the total market value of such gas piping <br /> <br />installation, alteration or repair. <br /> <br />(2) Gas Appliances Other Than Heating <br /> <br />and Process Equipment. <br />
