<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~~I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 71 and 72 OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY <br /> <br />REPEALING CERTAIN BOND REQUIREMENTS AND CHANGING <br /> <br />THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE PERTAINING TO SANITARY <br /> <br />SEWER CONNECTIONS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 71.090 of the Village Code of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville may be and hereby is repealed <br /> <br />in its entirety. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 71.110 of the Village Code of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville is hereby amended to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />71.110. Fees. The annual license fee shall be <br /> <br />$25.00. Licenses shall be issued by the Village Clerk <br /> <br />and shall expire on the 30th day of June of the year <br /> <br />in which issued. Licenses allowed to expire may be <br /> <br />reinstated on or before August 1 on payment of the <br /> <br />annual $25.00 fee, plus a penalty of $2.00, or on <br /> <br />or before September 1 on payment of the annual $25.00 <br />
