<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 533 <br /> <br />AN ORDINA1'~CE AMENDING SECTION 10.290 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY ADDING "TIRE RECAPPING" AS A SPECIAL <br /> <br />USE IN THE "I -1" DISTRICT. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 10.290 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding to said section an additional paragraph, <br /> <br />number (8) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(8). Tire Recapping-, but with no exterior storage of tires, <br /> <br />and provided that proper dust control measures be installed and used. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />this 27th day of March, 1967. <br /> <br />l <br />!
