<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.535 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.260 OF THE VILLAGE CODE, <br /> <br />BY ALLOWING FURNITURE STORES OF MORE THAN 40,000 SQUARE FEET <br /> <br />AS A USE BY SPECIAL PERMIT IN LIMITED BUSINESS (B-1) DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 8.260 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended by adding to said Section a <br /> <br />new paragraph numbered 6, to read as follows: <br /> <br />(6) Furniture Stores of More than 40,000 Square Feet. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />4th day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />1967. <br /> <br />4~~L <br /> <br />Richard W.
