<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 536 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.290 OF THE VILLAGE CODE <br /> <br />BY PERMITTING SALES AND RENTAL OF CONTRACTORS EQUIPMENT IN <br /> <br />LIGHT GENERAL INDUSTRIAL III-III DISTRICT. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 10.290 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended by adding paragraph (8) to <br /> <br />said Section to read as follows: <br /> <br />(8) Sales and rental of contractors equipment. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be ~n force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />24th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Apri 1 <br /> <br />, 1967. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: /_ I <br />&/ ~,_.~~ <br /> <br />Richard W.
