BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and 16.040, BY RECLASSI- <br />FICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE (R-1) TO TOWN HOUSE (R-6). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village <br /> <br />Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from <br /> <br />single family residence (R-l) to Town House (R-6) certain <br /> <br />real property hereinafter described, lying and being in the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of <br /> <br />May, 1967, which public hearing was held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br />
