<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO._~)-L./ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING CHAPTER 121, REQUIRING A <br />LICENSE FOR DISPENSING CERTAIN MERCHANDISE BY VENDING <br />MACHINE, AND FURTHER AMENDING CHAPTER lOO OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE BY ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF A LICENSE FOR THE <br />DISPENSING OF SAID MERCHANDISE FROM VENDING MACHINES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Chapter l21 to said Village Code, to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />l2l. Vending Machines <br /> <br />l2l. OlO. License Required. No person, firm or corporation <br /> <br />shall engage in the business of selling or dispensing merchandise <br /> <br />by a vending machine without first securing a license to do so. <br /> <br />12l. 020. Definition. For the purpose of this chapter I <br /> <br />merchandise includes personal goods of every nature, except <br /> <br />cigarettes and food items, for which a license is required under <br /> <br />Chapters lO 5 and 110 re specti vely. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section lOO. 030 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding to said section the following: <br />
