<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~i!/ ,~: <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 120 OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AND REPEALING <br />THAT PORTION OF SECTION 100.030 OF SAID CODE DEALING <br />WITH A LICENSE FOR TRANSIENT MILK DEALERS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 120 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 100.030 of the Village Code of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville is hereby amended by striking the <br /> <br />following from said Section: <br /> <br />"Transient Milk Dealers - 120 <br /> <br />$10.00 (per truck) II. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br /> <br />force from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, <br /> <br />, . <br />Emil <br /> <br /> <br />A~ <br />.;;{~ <br /> <br />Richard W.
