")-~I <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 294, <br />AS AMENDED, ALLOWING THE VILLAGE OF SHOREVIEW TO <br />DISCHARGE SANITARY SEWAGE INTO THE ROSEVILLE SYSTEM <br />EMANATING FROM A PORTION OF THE VILLAGE OF VADNAIS <br />HEIGHTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village of Shoreview, Minnesota, is <br /> <br />hereby granted permission and authority, subject to <br /> <br />all of the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 294, <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, as amended, and subject <br /> <br />to all of the terms and conditions expressed ~n <br /> <br />St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, and as may <br /> <br />be amended hereafter, to discharge its sanitary sewage <br /> <br />into the Roseville sewage system from the following <br /> <br />described area within the Village of Vadnais Heights, <br /> <br />namely: <br /> <br />The West One-half (W.l/2) of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW.l/4) of Section <br />Nineteen (19), Township Thirty (30), <br />North, Range Twenty-two (22) West, and <br />that part of the West One-half ~.1/2) of <br />the Northwest Quarter (NW.l/4) of Section <br />Thirty (30), Township Thirty (30) North, <br />Range Twenty-two (22) West lying northerly <br />of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault <br />St. Marie Railway Right-of-way. <br />
