<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 547 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE TERMS OF OFFICE OF <br />MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN AND PROVIDING FOR BIENNIAL ELECTION <br />OF EVEN-NUMBERED YEARS AND BY AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTIONS 265.020 <br />AND 265.021. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding Sections 265.020 and 265.021 <br /> <br />to said Village Code to read as follows: <br /> <br />265.020. Terms of Office of Mavor and Councilmen. <br /> <br />The term of office for the Mayor shall be four (4) years and <br /> <br />the term of office for Councilmen shall be four (4) years. <br /> <br />265.021. Election Dav for Mayor and Councilmen. <br /> <br />The election day for Mayor and Councilmen shall be held on <br /> <br />even-numbered years only. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED <br /> <br />by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br /> <br />.July , 1967. c2i\;(@JI~~ A J 'l~ <br /> <br />Emil F.
