<br />Location of the main shall be obtained from the Village <br />Engineer. There shall be a fee of $70.00 for restoration of a typical <br />road-mix bituminous street, in addition to the charge in (a) above, <br />and for restoration of a higher type street, or if jacking or boring is <br />required under a higher type street, such fee as will be set by the <br />Village Engineer; all back-fill materials shall be mechanically <br />compacted in l2" layers in place in roadway area to existing street <br />gra de . <br /> <br />(c) For larger connections, the amount to be <br />charged shall be fixed by the Village Engineer, based upon the estimated <br />cost of installing the service. <br /> <br />(3) For turning on water where service has been <br />turned off for violation of any provision of this chapter, a service <br />charge of $5.00 will be made. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its pa s sage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />this 14th day of August, 1967. <br /> <br /> <br />ATT~~ <br /> <br />Richard W.
