<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ,; '~/ <br />~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.300 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY REPEALING PORTIONS OF <br />THAT SECTION PERMITTING CERTAIN USES IN B-3 DISTRICTS AND <br />AMENDING SECTION 8.320 OF SAID CODE TO CHANGE SAID REPEALED <br />PERMITTED USES TO SPECIAL PERMIT USES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 8.300 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by striking and repealing from said section: <br /> <br />(5) Automobile repair <br />(6) Automobile sales <br />(7) Boats and marine showrooms <br />(9) Building material establishments where dimension <br />lumber , millwork, cabinets, and other building <br />materials are kept for sale. <br />(14) Fuel and ice sales <br />(l8) Machinery sale s <br />(21) Motor vehicle sales <br />(22) Motorcycle sale s <br />(32) Repair garages <br />(34) Service stations <br />(37) Trailer sales <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 8.320 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />
