<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.5~3::) <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32.015 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING THE REQUIREMENT <br />THAT A BOND OR CASH DEPOSIT BE POSTED TO INSURE THE CLEANING <br />OF STREETS DURING AND AFTER ANY NEW CONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 32.015 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />32. Ol5. Bond for Protection of Concrete Curbs and to Insure <br />Cleaning of Streets. At the time a permit is applied for on any new <br />construction I the permit shall also require bond or cash deposits as <br />follows: <br /> <br />l. On any new construction for property <br />abutting a permanent street with a concrete curb, <br />a $250.00 bond or cash deposit shall be required <br />to protect against damage to the concrete curb <br />occurring by reason of construction. <br /> <br />2. On any new construction for property <br />abutting any street, a $lOO. 00 bond or cash deposit <br />shall be required to insure that said streets are <br />cleaned during and after said construction by its <br />contractor at no cost to the Village. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br />
