VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE - ~- 1 ORDINANCE NO. .'1 '.1 'A_ * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 86 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 86.010, ADDING A NEW SECTION 86.040 CONCERNING OPEN BOTTLES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN MOTOR VEHICLES AT PLACES OTHER THEN PUBLIC HIGHWAYS AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 86.050 CONCERNED WITH UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. Section 86.010 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: 86.010 Minnesota Statutes Chapter 169, Incorporated by Reference. The regulatory provisions and definitions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 169, as amended by Minnesota laws 1963, 1965, and 1967, are hereby adopted as an ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets, alleys and other portions of the Village of Roseville, and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance as completely as if set out herein full. II. The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended by adding Section 86.040 to said Village Code to read as follows: 86.040 Open Bottle in Motor Vehicle. Whoever violates any of the following provisions is guilty of a misdemeanor: 1. No person shall drink or consume in- toxicating liquor or non-intoxicating malt liquors in any motor vehicle;
