<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 163 OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILh~GE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING <br />THE TITLE OF SAID CHAPTER 163 AND ADDING 163.050 TO <br />SAID CHAPTER REGULATING THE TRANSPORTING OF FIREARMS, <br />ETC. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending the title of Chapter 163 to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />163. Possession of Weapons by Minors, Sales to <br />Minors and Transportation of Firearms, etc. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding Section 163.050 to said Village <br /> <br />Code to read as follows: <br /> <br />163.050 Transportinq of Firearms, etc. No person <br />shall, within the corporate limits of the Village, transport <br />in or upon any motor vehicle any firearm of any kind what- <br />soever, or ammunition of any kind for use therein, or any <br />air gun, gas gun, spring gun, or the like, or ammunition <br />of any kind for use therein, unless the same is unloaded <br />in all barrels and magazine and contained in a gun case <br />or unless unloaded and contained in the trunk of the car <br />with the trunk door closed or bow and arrow unless unstrung <br />or contained in a case or unless contained in the trunk of <br />the car with the trunk door closed. <br />
