<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 24th day of February, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cush- <br />man, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8773 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF <br />$250,000 EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS <br />(SERIES 1991) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the attached resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman <br />and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHÈREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
