<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. _/'.,--;1 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 547, AND <br />AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />BY ADDING SECTIONS 265.020 AND 265.021 BY PROVIDING <br />FOR FOUR (4) YEAR TERMS OF OFFICE FOR MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN <br />THROUGH BIENNIAL ELECTIONS IN ODD-NUMBERED YEARS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 547 is hereby repealed in its <br /> <br />entirety. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding Sections 265.020 and 265.021 <br /> <br />to said Village Code to read as follows: <br /> <br />265.020. Terms of Office of Mayor and Councilmen. <br /> <br />The term of office for the Mayor shall be four (4) years and <br /> <br />the term of office for Councilmen shall be four (4) years. <br /> <br />265.021. Election Day for Mayor and Councilmen. <br /> <br />The election day for Mayor and Councilmen shall be held on <br /> <br />odd-numbered years only. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />
