<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 563 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AI>1ENDED <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AJ.\JD ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFACTION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM: SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-l) <br />TO TOWNHOUSE (R-6); SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-l) TO THREE <br />TO TWENTY-FOUR FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-3A); SINGLE F~fILY <br />RESIDENCE (R-l) TO RETAIL BUSINESS (B-2) AND SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE (R-l) TO LIMITED BUSINESS (B-1). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16,010, 16.020, 16,030 and <br /> <br />16,040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owners filed an application with the Village Manager <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone certain property from <br /> <br />single family residence (R-I) to townhouse (R-6) hereinafter <br /> <br />described in Exhibit 1; certain property from single family <br /> <br />residence (R-l) to three to twenty-four family residence (R-3A) <br /> <br />hereinafter described in Exhibit 2; certain property from <br /> <br />single family residence (R-l) to retail business, hereinafter <br /> <br />described in Exhibit 3; and certain property from single family <br /> <br />residence (R-l) to limited business (B-1) hereinafter described <br /> <br />in Exhibit 4; all lying and being in the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Ramsey COWlty, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Comndssion; and <br />
