<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE ,/ <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5(P, <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 252.040 OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY CHANGING <br />FROM NINE TO EIGHT YEARS THE PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT <br />AN EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE ENTITLED TO FIFTEEN DAYS <br />PAID VACATION EACH YEAR AND ALSO BY GIVING EMPLOYEES <br />WHO HAVE ACCUMULATED AN EXCESS OF TWENTY YEARS OF <br />SERVICE CREDIT c TWENTY DAYS OF PAID VACATION PER YEAR. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville doe s <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 252.040 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />252.040 Rate of Accumulation <br /> <br />(1) Regular employees and regular part- <br />time employees who accumulate one year <br />of service credit will be eligible for ten <br />(10) days of paid vacation the following <br />year. <br /> <br />(2) Regular employee s and regular part- <br />time employees who accumulate eight <br />years of service credit will be eligible <br />for fifteen (15) days of paid vacation the <br />following year. <br /> <br />(3) Regular employees and regular part- <br />time employees who accumulate twenty <br />years of service credit will be eligible <br />for twenty (20) days of paid vacation the <br />following year. <br />
