<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 365- <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 254.066 PROVIDING <br />THAT SEVERANCE PAY SHALL BE GRANTED TO A DESIGNATED <br />BENEFICIARY IF THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD DIE WHILE AN EMPLOYEE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville doe s <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 254.066. Section 254.066 shall <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />254.066 Severance Pay of Deceased Employee <br /> <br />Regular employees with ten (10) or more <br />years of service with the Village of Roseville <br />who die before they terminate their employment <br />shall have severance pay as calculated in <br />Section 254.065 paid to their named beneficiary <br />or their estate if they fail to name a living <br />beneficiary . <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Thi s Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED BY the Village Council of the Village of RoseviUe, <br /> <br />this;1.9~ay of January, 1968 <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />~ -7 tZ.. /J <br />/ ~~ ~4 <br />R.
