EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8774 COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT 69107 RICE STREET RECONSTRUCTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To remove the existing traffic control signals and install new traffic control signals with street lights, emergency vehicle pre- emption, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at Wheelock Parkway, County State Aid Highway No. 30 (Larpenteur Avenue), County State Aid Highway No. 25 (County Road B), Minnesota Avenue, and at County Road B-2; revise the existing traffic control signals with street lights, emergency vehicle pre- emption, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at Trunk Highway No. 36 North and South Ramps; and install a new traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption and signing on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at County State Aid Highway No. 26 (Roselawn Avenue) -McCarron Street in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 69107, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following voted against same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
