<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8774 <br /> <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT 69107 <br />RICE STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to <br />wit: <br /> <br />To remove the existing traffic control signals and install new <br />traffic control signals with street lights, emergency vehicle pre- <br />emption, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice <br />Street) at Wheelock Parkway, County State Aid Highway No. 30 <br />(Larpenteur Avenue), County State Aid Highway No. 25 (County Road B), <br />Minnesota Avenue, and at County Road B-2; revise the existing <br />traffic control signals with street lights, emergency vehicle pre- <br />emption, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice <br />Street) at Trunk Highway No. 36 North and South Ramps; and install <br />a new traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle <br />pre-emption and signing on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at <br />County State Aid Highway No. 26 (Roselawn Avenue) -McCarron Street <br />in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained <br />in Agreement No. 69107, a copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City officers be and hereby are <br />authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on <br />behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, <br />and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
