(; <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A HUMAN RIGHTS <br />COMMISSION AND DECLARING PUBLIC POLICY OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING CHAPTER 241 TO THE VILLAGE CODE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding Chapter 241. Chapter 241 shall read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />241.010 Policy of Village of Roseville <br /> <br />It is hereby declared that it is the public <br />policy of the Village of Roseville to fulfill <br />its responsibility as a partner of the State <br />Department of Human Rights in securing for <br />all citizens equal opportunity in housing, <br />employment, public accommodations, public <br />services and education, and to work consis- <br />tently to improve the human relations climate <br />of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />241.020 Human Rights Commission Established <br /> <br />There is hereby established within the Village <br />of Roseville, a human rights commission. <br />
