<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6-(; 7 <br />. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 562, <br />BY CHANGING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY <br />DESCRIBED THEREIN. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 562, certain property <br /> <br />therein described was rezoned from two family dwelling (R-2) <br /> <br />to multiple dwelling (R-3); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it now appears that an inadvertent typo- <br /> <br />graphical error appeared in the Ordinance which in no way <br /> <br />affects the persons who were given notice of the rezoning <br /> <br />hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council now desires to correct <br /> <br />such inadvertent description; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That paragraph I of Ordinance No. 562 is hereby amended <br /> <br />by changing the legal description of the property therein described <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br />
