<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRASH AND RUBBISH BURNING OR <br />OPEN BURNING WHEN A HAZARD EXISTS TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code is hereby amended by adding <br /> <br />thereto Section 166.030, as follows: <br /> <br />166.030. Prohibitinq Burninq. Whenever the <br /> <br />burning of trash or rubbish or other open burning under <br /> <br />Section 166.010 would constitute a hazard to persons or <br /> <br />property by reason of weather conditions, the Fire Chief <br /> <br />shall report such fact to the Mayor who may then, by <br /> <br />written and posted order, prohibit all such burning or <br /> <br />allow the same under restricted conditions or times. <br /> <br />After such order has been posted, no person shall burn <br /> <br />any trash or rubbish in outside recepticles or engage <br /> <br />in any open burning except under such conditions and <br /> <br />times as may be set forth in said order. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />
