'-71 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (R-l) <br />TO LIMITED BUSINESS (B-1). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the form <br /> <br />of a written request to rezone from single family residence (R-l) <br /> <br />to limited busines s (B-1), certain real property hereinafter de scribed <br /> <br />lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commis sion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of April, 1968, which <br /> <br />public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council <br /> <br />meeting; <br />
