<br />r--., <br /> <br />I~ <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />The Zoning Code of the Vi lIage of Rosevi lie is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding Secti on 8.225 to read as follows: <br /> <br />"8.225. Special Minimum Reguirements for "B-1B" Districts, <br />Minimum reguirements for "B-1B" districts shall be the same as "B-1 ", <br />except that the following additional minimum reguirements shall apply <br />in "B-1 B" districts. <br /> <br />(1) Front yard set-back shall be 30 feet. <br /> <br />(2) Side yard set-back shall be 30 feet from any street right-of-way, <br />and 10 feet from any other lot line. <br /> <br />(3) There shall be no off street parking within 15 feet from any street <br />right-of-way, nor 5 feet from any other lot line. <br /> <br />(4) There shall be no exterior storage or exterior display of merchandise. <br /> <br />(5) All buildings shall be finished on all four sides with consistent <br />guality" <br /> <br />(6) Three percent of the surface area of land within a parking area <br />shall be landscaped with grass and/or decorative surface treatment, trees and <br />shrubbery. <br /> <br />(7) Parking areas and drives shall be curbed with pre-cast or poured <br />in place curbing. Bumper blocks must be placed in line only. <br /> <br />(8) Site plans for all developments shall require special use permit <br />prior to issuance of building permit.
