<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 15th day of April, 1968, which <br /> <br />public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council <br /> <br />meeting; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />l6.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning <br /> <br />Map thereof be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />All that portion of the South 1/2 of the East 1/4 of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 29, Range 23, <br />lying North of a line 886.59 feet North of the South <br />line of said section and lying West 433 feet of the <br />East line of said section 1, excepting the right-of-way <br />of Rice Street (Trunk Highway 49) all located in Ram sey <br />County f State of Minnesota; <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-3" to "R-7", and that the <br /> <br />Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified and <br /> <br />zoned as "R-7". <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning <br />
