<br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020,16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning <br /> <br />Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The South 32 acres of Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota except the West 450' of the South 700' thereof; <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to 1-1, and that the Zoning <br /> <br />Maps be amended so that said property is clas sified and zoned <br /> <br />as 1-1. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />this 29th day of April, 1968. <br /> <br />t/ ,~L.i c~<:.' ,/:)-~~Li( _ <br />A.
