<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF KBETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Tuesday, February 25, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />CUshman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8775 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS P-92-02 (FORMERLY P-90-02) AND ST-90-11, <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 19, HEINEL DRIVE <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFORE. UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />adopted January 27, 1992, fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects <br />P-92-02 (formerly P-90-02) and ST-90-11, Neighborhood 19; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February <br />25, 1992, to consider the proposed construction of Improvements P-92-02 <br />and ST-90-11, Neighborhood 19, consisting of the installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service <br />repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that <br />property abutting Heinel Drive from S. Owasso Boulevard to end of cul- <br />de-sac and Heinel Circle from Heinel Drive to end of cul-de-sac as <br />described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at <br />$425,820.79 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report <br />as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all <br />interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that <br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The city Public <br />Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is <br />directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and <br />specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the <br />same: Thomas. <br />
