<br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning <br /> <br />Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The North 955 feet of the south 1285 feet of that part <br />of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 29 North, <br />Range 23 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying West <br />of a line running North at right angles to the South line <br />of said Northwest 1/4 from a point thereon distant 2078 <br />feet East of the Southwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 <br />as measured along said South line and lying Southeasterly <br />of the Southeasterly right of way line of U . S. Highway No <br />8, except the South 11 0 feet of the Ea st 85 feet thereof; <br />together with an easement for driveway purposes over <br />the South 330 feet of the West 30 feet of the East 124 <br />feet of that part of said Northwest 1/4 lying West of <br />said line running North at right angles to the South <br />line of said Northwe st 1/4 from a point thereon distant <br />2078 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Northwest <br />1/4 as measured along said South line; <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from "R-l" and "I-I" to "R-3A", and <br /> <br />that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified <br /> <br />and zoned as lR_3A". <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br />
