<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />o RDINAN CE NO. --5.:.7Ji <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM LIMITED BUSINESS (B-1) AND RETAIL BUSINESS (B-2), <br />TO THREE TO TWENTY-FOUR FAMILY DWELLING (R-3A). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville I the property <br /> <br />owners filed an application with the Village Manager in the form <br /> <br />of a written request to rezone from limited business (B-1) and retail <br /> <br />business (B-2) to three to twenty-four family dwelling (R-3A) I certain <br /> <br />real property hereinafter described lying and being in the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 3rd day of April, 1968, <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular <br /> <br />Council meeting; <br />
