<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. _;-Y-t;L <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION <br />7.330 TO PERMIT THREE STORY STRUCTURES IN R-3 DISTRICTS, <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 7.420 TO PERMIT THREE STORY STRUCTURES <br />IN R-3A DISTRICTS, AND BY AMENDING SECTION 7.080 TO REQUIRE <br />TWO PARKING SPACES IN R-3 DISTRICTS AS IN OTHER RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 7.330, paragraph (1) of the Village Code of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(1) No structure or building shall exceed 3 stories <br />or 30 feet in height, whichever is the lesser. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 7 .420, paragraph (2) of the Village Code of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) Multiple family dwelling structure s exceeding <br />3 stories or 30 feet in height, whichever is lesser, <br />or structures designed to exceed 24 units. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 7.080 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />7.080. Number of Parking Spaces. Off-street automobile <br />parking space shall be provided for each use as follows: <br />
