<br />NOW THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning <br /> <br />Map thereof be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The South 131.99 feet of the North 263.98 feet of the <br />West 360.18 feet of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of <br />Section 14, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, Subject <br />to S.
