<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5tS" <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 39.040 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, RESTRICTING <br />PROTRUDING AIR CONDITIONERS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 39.040 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Restrictions for Protruding Air Conditioners. Air <br />Conditioners can not extend outside the wall of the <br />buildings unless architecturally treated and designed <br />as an integral part of the building. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Rosevillel Minnesota, <br /> <br />this 5th day of August, 1968. <br /> <br />t).
