EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, February 25, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8776 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS P-92-02 AND ST-92-12, NEIGHBORHOOD 72 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFORE UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 27, 1992, fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects P-92-02 and ST-92-12, Neighborhood 72; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 25, 1992, to consider the proposed construction of Improvements P-92-02 and ST-92-12, Neighborhood 72, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Bayview Drive from McCarrons Blvd. N. to McCarrons . Blvd. N, Woodruff Avenue from McCarrons Blvd. S. to Wagner Street, Hilltop Avenue from Chandler Avenue to Woodruff Avenue, Chandler Avenue from Hilltop Avenue to Glenwood Avenue, Glenwood Avenue from Chandler Avenue to McCarrons Blvd. S., Wagner Street from west of cul-de-sac to east cul-de-sac, and Western Avenue from McCarrons Blvd. S. to cul-de- sac and all that property abutting Bayview Drive and that area lying southerly of McCarrons Boulevard South, north of Larpenteur Avenue, east of Dale Street, and west of a line 210 feet east of Western Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $1,122,300.57 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement.
